In this Policy, “TC Tax Services,” “we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Company” refers to Coley Enterprises LLC and its DBA, TC Tax Services. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, the choices you have, and the safeguards we put in place — including how we handle SMS and text message communications in compliance with the A2P 10DLC (Application-to-Person 10-Digit Long Code) framework and applicable carrier, Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and Federal Communications Commission (FCC) requirements.
By using our website, booking an appointment, submitting an intake or estimate request, joining our waitlist, or otherwise engaging our tax preparation services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following categories:
Information you provide directly. When you complete a form, start a return, request a tax estimate, join the Early Bird waitlist, or schedule an appointment, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and the tax-related details you choose to share for the purpose of preparing or estimating your return.
Communications consent. When you provide a mobile telephone number, you consent to receive administrative, service-related, and — where you have expressly opted in — marketing SMS/text messages from us regarding appointments, filing status, reminders, and seasonal updates.
Automatic information. Like most websites, we may collect limited technical data such as browser type, device information, approximate location, and pages visited through cookies and similar technologies.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:

- Opt-out. Reply STOP to any SMS message to cancel all future messages. Upon opt-out you may receive a final confirmation message. Reply HELP or contact us for assistance.
- Carrier disclosures. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messaging is provided on an “as is” basis.
